If you have a question for your editor, you can log in to your Medknow account dashboard and use the “Submit Question” option. We typically respond within one working day.
If you want to make minor changes or have specific questions for the editor, you can submit the revised parts of your document as questions through your Medknow Online account. Alternatively, you can email the questions to our client servicing team at support@medknow.co.uk. For major revisions requiring a recheck of the entire document, we recommend using our multiple round editing support.

Yes, you can change the service type if the project has not yet begun. If editing/writing/translation has already started, you will not be able to change the service type. Please contact at support@medknow.co.uk.

Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation email once we receive your payment.
Our re-editing policy ensures that you receive the best support even after your initial editing service. Here are the key points:
- Initial Editing Service: Includes one free re-edit within one month of delivery.
- Extended Support: For an additional fee, you can extend re-editing support to six months.
- Major Revisions: If the manuscript undergoes significant changes or is being submitted to a different journal, it will be considered a new assignment.
You can request a re-editing service by logging into your Medknow account, navigating to the 'Order & History' tab, and selecting 'Post-order support'. Fill in the relevant details and submit your request. Alternatively, you can email us at support@medknow.co.uk with your re-editing request.
If your manuscript is rejected by a journal and needs to be revised for submission to another journal, if it's within 30 days and requires minor edits and formatting we are happy to support you. If it's after 30 days or requires major revisions, it will be considered a new assignment. We will provide a fresh quote based on the new requirements and scope of work.
Yes, after the initial 30-day free period, re-editing services will incur additional charges. The cost will depend on the extent of the revisions required. We offer a discounted rate for re-editing services if requested within six months of the original order.
